Tolonen, Jr., 49, of Zeba, passed into the spirit world, Wednesday, Dec.
28, 2005, at Baraga County Memorial Hospital, following a "warrior’s"
battle with cancer and was surrounded by his loving family.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday in the Most
Holy Name of Jesus Church in Assinins. Rev. George Maki officiated.
Interment will be in the Pinery Cemetery in the spring.

Lytikainen, 67, of L'Anse, passed away Friday, Dec. 30, 2005 at Baraga
County Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.

Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2006 at the Reid Funeral Service and Chapel, L'Anse

at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Baraga with Father Chacko, celebrant.
Spring interment will take place in the Pelkie Cemetery. Baraga County
area veterans under the direction of the Baraga American Legion Post 444
conducted military honors on Friday, Jan. 21 followed by a parish prayer
service.
